In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

11.2 Balance Treatment on Closure. Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, kc922 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Bonus Funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited in all cases.
